The Legends of BIJJU

There were so many stories roaming around this world from Kraken to Chupacabras. But what about something that never becomes famous for its evil deeds and horrible crimes.

Today's Blog is about an urban legend named BIJJU by locals from North India. It was hard for me to research this topic because of three major reasons.

1. No one knows everything.

2. No one wants to talk.

3. Those who truly know about it, are too old to tell us stories now.

So after this hard research, I am now ready to share with you what was actually BIJJU

Remember, all this information is the combination of all the information I gathered. Some of this information may be not exactly true or seems inappropriate. If the reader gets hurt or offended by something then me and my whole team are sorry for that.

So let us get started, friends.

This topic first hit me when I was only 9 and locals of my area kept talking about a creature which is not so big in size and can be imagined as some part of a monkey and some part of a cat. It was first named BIJJU by someone who reported it to the police.

It was kind of a joke for me because I never imagined something like this. Sometime later I got to know that, BIJJU was actually not any kind of creature but a gang that creates the feeling of horror on the name of BIJJU.

This was confirmed when a local police officer shot the well-known BIJJU THUG.

Now is this fully true? Or is there anything native people don't want us to know? Well to know that I travelled to so many parts of North India and there I found from some old stories that there was actually a BIJJU a long time ago.

The presence of this creature was felt in Northern parts of India, including Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Rajasthan and some parts of Uttar Pradesh. This was between 1700-1900. Many old people state that there were in fact so many of these creatures found at once in different parts.

So what was the exact truth? Well to solve this mystery you have to learn about the original stories of these creatures. There were around two stories that state the origin of BIJJU.

Let's hear the first one :

Around 1700 when the British Government ruled India, many people started working for them. As the poverty line expands, more people tend to work for the British Government. Some found it very interesting and some found it good for their ego, but the one and only common thing every person who works for the British Government knew was this ensured a feeling of protection, working for the British Government can be a really cool thing when no one wants to mess with you or your family.

Things were so cool when you worked for the ruling party, at least in India. So where is BIJJU stand here? Well, it is!

When one morning Brahamin woke up and ready for his day schedule he found that his daughter was home. curious Brahmin searched for his daughter but couldn't find anything. After so many attempts he finally decided to complain to the British Police Department about his missing daughter.

But when he reached there he found his daughter with two British army men (they both were Indians working for the Britishers). They were teasing and torturing his daughter and trying to rape her. Furious Brahamin broke the door with anger and picked up a fully reloaded gun, which was beside him. He shoots these two men without any hesitation.

See! That is actually a good ending.

Well, not actually.

Things start heating up when everyone knows about this. British Officers do not tolerate a civilian shooting their men and roaming free. so they ask Brahamin to surrender himself. But as the Brahamin refused to do so they forced and took him behind bars.

Brahamin was all alone with his only daughter as his wife lost her life while giving birth to his daughter. After Brahamin was arrested, his daughter was alone at home and caught the eye of relatives of the two dead men, who tried to rape her.

They tricked her and in the end, raped her and due to heavy injuries she died after some hours of this mishappen. The next morning when Brahamin came to know about this he escaped from prison somehow and fled.

He directly goes to his house and after a respectful ritual, he burns her body with respect.

British Officers were unable to find any proof against his daughter's rapist so they let them go and that was when things go wrong.

Little did they know, that Brahmin was devoted to Maa Kali. He took his life in front of Maa Kali's statue in the temple. He chopped off his head. From his motionless body, blood starts to spread off and cover the entire floor of that temple.

From that night onwards, villagers start to hear unknown voices at night. People started to go missing, and people started noticing a strange creature with a huge tail and pointed claws. People start to freak out and when British Officers come to know about this, they find it so pathetic that they don't even want to hear about this.

After some time, village people found him dead, half-eaten on a branch of a tree. So many villagers were missing that people who were left had to leave that village and move to a safer place. Many claim that they often hear the name of that person and then find his body the next day. They were scared to the extent that they used to pray to not be their name next.

After asking some more questions about this, I finally found the relation between Brahamin and these creatures. It was believed that after he chopped off his head, his blood was all over the floor and in that blood pool some creatures came out and later called as BIJJU. It was said that Brahamin has always had pure intentions about everything, but after this misshapen to his daughter, he sought revenge. That technically made his soul corrupt.

Some of the natives told me that Brahamin caused everyone in that village to be in horror and killed like his daughter. I don't know what to believe but as remember, Not Everyone Is Telling the Truth & Not Everyone Is A Liar.

Now let us talk about the Second :

This is more of a simple yet horrible story I found. many years before even the Mughals came to India, a king, ruled a small part of Northern India. He is very generous and a happy man. He had everything that he wished for but some of his enemies were jealous of him to such an extent that they caught off his only son and made their dogs eat him alive.

After that, they organised a party to which every man was invited including the king's soldiers. King only knows that his son is dead until he is given his flesh to eat. After eating a whole plate of deliciously cooked chicken when he saw that it included a ring that he gave to his son, he immediately knew what was happening and tried to fight with everyone. But little did he know, his own soldiers were against him.

King was chained and tortured for three days, his all 12 daughters were raped in front of him and then some were killed and others were fed to dogs and other wild animals.

After watching this much he begs everyone to kill him but they don't do that. One night when he was chained as usual, he decided to sacrifice his soul to the devil and to his surprise devil really came and offered him revenge in exchange for his body.

King agreed and the devil transformed him into a beast. after that, the beast freed himself and went on a total rampage. That beast sold the souls of everyone whom he killed and absorbed to the devil and the devil gifted him more creature-making capacity.

People believed that the beast was later captured by a priest warrior and stored dark underground area somewhere far away.

They also believed that the beast was later released by a group of people who worshipped the devil for a long time and for the sacrifice they sacrificed their whole community for that. And the beast was named BIJJU by them.

No one knows who the people were and where they came from but they know that they sought revenge from someone who was a very powerful king at that time.

After that, what happened to that beast and where did he go. No one knows the answer. But from these two stories, some certain thing was inlighted.

1. That thug who named himself BIJJU. Did he somehow know these stories? If not, then why did he name himself the beast?

2. I found this very hard to collect this information from the oldest people of the North Indian part of the country and still did not get the whole truth. But that thug amount all, casually used that name which was once vanished. Does that mean he might know something we don't?

3. If the second story was true, where did that group of people really come from? How did they get to know about that creature? And the most important thing is were they really sacrificed all of themselves or left someone behind to continue their legacy?

Answers may be different so are the Questions one thing is certain,

We really don't know anything.

From this, I like to end this blog and really appreciate the fact that you guys gave your time and read this. This makes me happy. Thank you.

Unmask the Terror of KALE KACHE WALE Gang.

Ever heard a story of a bald man who fell in love with a barber? Sounds weird, right? Well, let's say this story is as weird as you think. As the headline says, KALE KACHHE WALE was a terrific Gang for a long time in Northern parts of India.  Usually, cases of their presence were all in Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan, too. Some people said they were killers, and others said they were just a normal group of thieves with a unique name. So exactly what is KALE KACHHE WALE GANG?  From starting of 1900, there were so many active gangs and goons. Some of them live with just the sole purpose of murder and robbery. Some have their status among the world of thieves. And like that, one well-known group of goons were observed who rapidly made their way to the few top listed.  It's not their back 1900 story, which makes it more interesting, but after the demolition of these Gangs and groups, no known gangs were reformed or tried resurrection. But this group tends to be reborn with a s...
